This place is awesome!!! They helped my Fiance feel comfortable with trying out new bikes and even let her and I try them out in the parking lot! At one point we though we found the perfect bike for her, but then Jill brought out an even better bike at a great price! We couldn't recommend this place more!

Came in after work to drop off my gravel bike. Stood by the service counter while people walked past me. Before I could even mention what was going on with my bike, I was told twice that they were slammed. After I told him I had a broken spoke and a ride Saturday he said maybe next week. I know busy is busy and I can’t expect people to drop what they are doing to fix my issue. Just felt like I was a real problem for even trying to drop it off. Nor did he seem to give two rip’s about needing it back quickly. Not a one star for not fixing my bike one star for making me feel like I ruined his whole day for stopping by.

Super great group to work with. Bought a bike today. Second one we have bought from Chain Reaction. They are the best.

Phenomenal experience at Chain Reaction. Purchased a 2024 Santa Cruz Hightower here. The owner Phil is a true stand up guy. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I was 100% confident with my bike before I left the shop. Special shout out to David, Brad, and Adrian. No better shop around in the Augusta area!
