Central Transport

Truck #2500281 was in Grovetown, GA and needs to learn turning on turn signal earlier. Almost caused an accident by swerving into left lane with oncoming traffic w/o a signal light.

Spoke with 2 CSRs prior to arriving to pickup a shipment and was told shipment was ready for pickup. I arrived and was told to come back 2 days later because the terminal manager was at a different location. Called back to speak with another CSR and she told me nothing was noted for this shipment, it hadn't been unloaded and terminal manager was not in office. This company need better communication about these things because I live 40mins from the terminal. Waste of time and money, wouldn't recommend or use EVER again.

I had a pleasant experience with Central Transport. The Terminal Manager assisted the forklift driver in loading my cargo on my trailer and positioning just right for me so I wouldn't have any problem getting it home safe. Thanks

Had equipment shipped in from NY they chose shipping company. Item arrived damaged and was refused. BOL had forged signatures showing accepted in good condition. Don’t know what the driver did with the equipment. Can’t get anyone to return calls or answer the phone.
