I was very pleased with the experience. Every nurse and Physical Therapist was kind, pleasant, patient and very helpful. Highly recommend this health service for home surgical follow-up care.

My Mother broke her hip and had to have surgery. After the surgery she was sent to a local Rehab/nursing home facility. The care she was receiving there sub-standard at best so we promptly removed her and brought her home. A friend recommended Center Well so we contacted them and set up an interview. After the interview we decided to go with them. The care my Mother has gotten from day one with Center Well has been excellent, 5 stars!! Across the board, the nurses, the PT team, the social worker, everybody has been on top of their game!! Very knowledgeable, very professional, very compassionate, very dedicated. If you’re looking for, or in need, of the services they provide then Center Well should be your first call, you’ll be happy you did!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone who visited were excellent, especially Walter and Karen. They gave me great information, encouragement and helped me recover safely. PT wasn't always easy, but they pushed me just enough that I knew I was getting better.

It has been a great experience and I hope if I get to continue the care it will be with the same team. Rome, Lisa , and Wendy are the three with whom I have had the most contact. They are punctual and always careful with record keeping . Lisa always encourages me to do my exercises with positive comments. I look forward to her weekly visits. I could ask for no better.

My mother has been bedridden since August 2023 and got a bed sore that needed surgical intervention and when discharged from the hospital center well health came to the house to give her care and physical therapy. The staff is awesome and very good advisors. Because of them my mom wound has healed and she's on the road to a successful recovery. I would recommend this care team to anyone who needs people that truly care about their patients and their family. The best I've ever had the pleasure to have.
