Excellent service! Phone repair inside Walmart at Evans did a fantastic job fixing my phones software issue. My device was completely unresponsive, and they managed to restore it back to normal quickly and professionally. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and explained clearly. This is the second time I've taken a phone into this shop for screen repair/replacement. Both times I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! The phone works good as new. The prices were excellent, and the customer service was the best. I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs as a result of dropping the phone just one too many times.

I came in today for a charging port issue on my s23 ultra. For some reason I would have to press my charger hard for it charger, which started to become stressful. As soon as I brought my phone in, I was helped by a gentleman named Vicky. I told him my issue and he knew exactly what was wrong with it and was able to fix my phone in no time, which was amazing! I will definitely come back and recommend this place, especially Vicky, for any and all my phone needs.
