I brought my car here for an overheating issue. I was told both radiator fans and the thermostat were bad, and that I needed to approve $1,762.83 in repairs just to get the car to a point where they could check for engine damage. I want to be clear: if that was the actual cost to fix the issue, I wouldn’t have had a problem paying it. But I had never had issues with my cooling system before, and it didn’t sit right with me that I was suddenly being told the entire system had failed. I went to this shop because several family members have trusted them in the past. But after this experience, I would not take my car back, and I would not recommend this shop to others — at least not without getting a second opinion. Honestly, it even makes me question the work and payments my family has made here before. I decided to take my car somewhere else for a second opinion. The mechanic immediately questioned the original diagnosis — especially the claim that the thermostat had failed, which is uncommon in this type of car. Sure enough, only one of the fans was actually bad. The thermostat was working fine. The total cost to repair the issue was $574, and the engine is completely fine. This felt like I was being pushed toward a high-cost, unnecessary repair. That’s not just disappointing — it’s predatory, especially for people who are trying to make the right decision but don’t know much about cars. If you bring your car here, ask questions and get a second opinion before authorizing anything major. I trusted this shop based on my family’s experience, but that trust has been broken.

I was referred by a reputable company and was provided the best customer service. Upon arrival they were expecting me and my grandkiss. They directed us to an area suitable for the family, and we weren’t there for an hour. Oh, and we left with all body parts. They didn’t break us or try too. Thumb up!!!👍

I had a tire blow out after hours on a Tuesday. Megan & Barry were able to partner to get me in the following business day and had the tires on before 10 am. They were even able to send me a link to pay for the total since I could not make it during work hours. Exceptional service

I just got my car fixed here for the first time and their customer service is absolutely stellar. They are so kind and helpful. Not to mention, they work so fast. If you are debating on whether to use c&c you should absolutely do it! Especially the one on Washington road.

A friend recommended C&C Automotive when I was having car trouble. I got in quickly and waited while the work was being done. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. The employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is explained before work begins and then again to let you know what was done. I found the prices to be very affordable. This is definitely going to be my automotive shop from now on!!!
