My experience with CBD Central was disappointing. Despite the friendly and helpful employees at the Evans and Augusta location, the products were subpar. The vape cartridges burnt out after a single day of use, and the edibles were not worth the prices. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your CBD needs. I cannot recommend this store to friends or family sadly.

My husband and I visited this place tonight. He has back pain from an accident years ago. The guy in the store was very knowledgeable about the products and offered great customer service. We ended up purchasing the CBD gummies and my husband is feeling very relaxed, I’m pleased as well. We will definitely be returning!!!

Bought a vape cart and it’s defective. Only using it twice, it clogged and wouldn’t pull. Looked at it. Seal was covered and leaking. Called the store for help and was told try cleaning it. Otherwise we won’t do anything. Cleaned and shocker still doesn’t work. Asked for a manger because I spent 54.00 dollars on something that turned out to be defective. That was used TWICE. Spoke with a Jacob who as a nasty oh well don’t care attitude. Jacob goes “Not trying to be rude” when I asked for a manger. After asking three more times he finally said well you can try the North Augusta store. Maybe someone there will help you. Called the North Augusta store and was told they are not there maybe I could try to reach them on Monday. Seriously? This is business and that’s how your reps respond to selling a defective product? Half of the liquid is gone. Not because of use since it’s clogged and won’t pull anything, but because it’s leaking. Wasted 54.00 on something, was treated rudely, and offered no help in trying to reach a manger. I’ll take my business else where and advise you all do the same.

Just went into the store location the cashier name was red she was extremely rude and rolling her eyes through the whole experience. We attempted to purchase a green roads product and she tried to over charge us by more the $40 bucks. Usually when I visit this location the customer service is great today it was something that will make me reconsider doing business here again.
