Timothy, went above and beyond with the installation of our vinyl flooring for our local personal home. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. The owner (his father) was also very courteous and nice when we purchased the flooring. I would recommend this service to anyone needing flooring services.

Great prices that are very competitive for the Augusta area, huge selection of carpet, vinyl and other flooring. There are tons of different carpet colors available at an affordable price. There are quite a few very affordable smaller pieces if you only need to do a room or two. The style of their carpet ranges from office pile to thick plush and even some cushy hotel type as well. They have different qualities of roll vinyl ranging from simple utilitarian to beautiful woodlike designs and deco prints, eben some kid targeted fun designs. Also they have small lots of vinyl tile that doesn't look like vinyl but wood flooring and is super hardy and easy to install. The staff are all super nice and friendly and know their stuff. Great for advice to help you find what you need and reasonable to work out a deal. They cut and roll everything right there in the warehouse and can help you load your car or truck. Also as a note, seems perhaps they sell (used?) mattresses too. Pictures attached to the review are of a grey carpet and vinyl tile mentioned above.

The gentleman that came out and measured my Home was favorite pleasant. The installers did a wonderful job but at the completion of the job they put all the scrap in my trash can and filled it up They left the old carpet strapping remains and the padding in my yard. I had to call the company for them to come get it. I was. Undecided about my stairs, but I had them to measure my stairs. When it was time for me to do by stairs, I decided to go with the carpet.Call the carpet company And he was very confrontational They need. More professionals work in there

If you wanna get the run around and waste your time this is the place. Came out to measure, told I would get called the same day had to call myself several days later to get the estimate. Scheduled the install, they came hours late and with the wrong flooring. Steve laughed when I called to tell him, then told me we would have to reschedule. Wasted the whole day for this, told him I wanted to talk to a manager or owner was promised they would call Monday or Tuesday. Call today to be told they haven’t been in so they couldn’t call and that due to the rain I’ll have to be rescheduled again. When that upset me he decided they would just refund and be done. Literally nothing but a waste of time, could have had this done completely somewhere else!

Originally, I had left a not so great review because there was a bit of a delay getting my floors installed. I had expected it to be done on a specific day and it didn't look like it was going to get done. Since I work out of my house and rely on a stable environment to speak to my own clients... Needless to say, I was stressed and felt like I needed to voice that stress here. The installers had been communicating with me throughout the day about the delays. Which was great and I really appreciated that. Although I was seriously worried about the delays, they managed to get back to my house and install the two rooms I needed the most on that first day. The install may have gone over into the next day, but things happen and they worked to get my priority rooms done on that first day. These guys really are great and communicative. I appreciate that they heard out my concerns and got everything done. I'm coming back here to change my review especially because they made me feel so much better about everything after we both had a bit of an unexpected start to our week.
