After a long string of disappointing experiences with another local independent optical shop, I had my eyeglass Rx filled at Casella Eye Center and had an awesome experience. I placed three different orders and they each came back from the lab within the promised timeframe. The optician was very helpful and my vision with the new Rx is crystal clear. Thank you, Dr. Casella for having a great team! I will come to see you for my next exam.

I have been going to Dr. Casella, since I was a little girl. He and the staff have always been extremely professional, very pleasant, and knowledgeable in this field and all areas including the Eye glass choice , which may be more suitable for you and why! I wouldn't trade Dr. Casella for the world! He has been with me step by step and very instrumental with a surgery I chose to have years ago, in Atlanta that went very well! I had an emergency eye issue and happened to be passing through Augusta. I called all of the optometrists in town and Dr. Benjamin Casella was the only one who quickly called me back, met me at his office, and gave me incredible and immediate care. On a Saturday!! I am so grateful for kind, smart and competent folks like Dr. Casella. Could not recommend this practice more. If you live in Augusta and need an eye doctor, go here!!!

Dr. Casella's conservative diagnostic orders revealed the presence of a serious medical issue which required immediate surgery. He in turn referred us to a superb physician who provided us with world-class medical care without having to leave Augusta. Concerning more typical office visits, I have always found his staff to be professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. The selection of eyeglasses is very good. They are very good at helping you to find glasses which will fit the size and shape of your face.

I was seen yesterday as an emergency case during the shut down. It was my first experience with Dr Casella and his staff. The woman who checked me in was very kind and professional. Dr. Casella was wonderful! Genuine, caring, professional, knowledgeable, outstanding bedside manner! I can't say enough! They will definitely be my first recommendation to anyone in the CSRA!
