Carolina HVAC was professional in all respects, quick to respond, and immediately found the problem with my Trane cooling system. Weston, the tech who worked on my system found that the condensate tray under the electronic control board was not emptying correctly and had corroded that inside heat exchanger control board. He found that the pipe that was meant to drain the tray was poorly positioned and keeping the condensate from flowing out of the tray. He took good pictures of the bad control board and positioned the drain tube correctly. He was polite, presented himself professionally, was through and communicated well with me. Carolina HVAC reminded me and confirmed my appointment the day before. When the tech exchanged the bad board for a new one, he showed me the bad one and explained the problem well. Carolina HVAC emailed me a copy of the invoice the next day. Theirs was a professional operation from start to finish. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Bruce

Kyle B and his teammate with Carolina HVAC just left after setting up a natural gas line and a 50 amp generator transfer switch. They were fast, polite and helpful. They did good clean work and I would recommend Carolina HVAC.

Kyle Brooks was great! He knew exactly what he was doing completing the job perfectly! He figured out the problem and fixed it! He did an excellent job installing my ceiling fan and went beyond what he had to do when he was finished by cleaning up and taking all the trash from the job out for me! Had a very pleasant experience. With Matthew. When he showed up. To do our maintenance on our central ac. Explained how to clean it out an everything we needed to know. Chyenne was very pleasant scheduling our appointment. Even called when they had a sooner availability to get our ac serviced before it got too hot. We greatly appreciate everything they've done.
