Very impressed today the young man with braids greated everyone. I placed my order an no employee in back cursing or talking to loud. Young man brought my food to table with enough tartar sauce an ketchup drink didn't have to much ice I will be back. Food was delicious bread sticks nice an soft had a great meal. Thanks for running a respectful place that had great customer service.

Went through drive thru and the cashier which was the manager had a very nasty attitude. Act like she didn’t want to remake my food, fries and fish soggy as ever. Bread stick smashed. Stated it wasn’t like that, I wasn’t even gone a good 10mins. Took it back and she got mad about it. I don’t even see how she became a manager. Very poor customer service. Didn’t use to be like that. I go there all the time for lunch, but here lately the food has been trash! I’ll go on the other side of town from now on.

I ordered a supreme sampler meal and key lime pie. I didn't realize my pie was missing until I was counting up how much I overspent between walmart and captain Ds, looking at receipts after I ate. I called. They hung up in my face. I called a second time, no answer. The third time they answer and place me on hold for 7 minutes and 15 seconds. I screenshot the call at 6 minutes and 53 seconds. Just dead air. I forgot I paid cash and called back 2 more times. Pure busy signal. I paid $5 for nothing. They got me good. Let's see if they make this right.

Visited this restaurant (Dean Bridge Rd) first time; quaint, small restaurant. Found the area clean and service fast. Cashier/order takers wasn’t too friendly though (very young looking female and male) probably having a bad day I assumed. My order was a take-away and the male cashier did open the container for me to check the order before he placed in a bag. The food; fried shrimp, fish and chicken strips were delicious (only wish they had biscuits too). The Coleslaw was a bit bland; won’t get that anymore. Am going to back for another order tomorrow PG!
