I can't say how this company is after getting insurance but I can say that they must not want new customers. I called 2 days in a row to get homeowners and small businesses insurance and both times I was told someone would call. 48hrs later, still no return call.

I worked with Monica! Things started out well at first. She got me a quote for Progressive, but I wanted to explore more options. She mentioned that her manager could assist me with Allstate. She said he tried to call me, but I didn't get a call nor a voicemail. I had to follow up with them. She told me the price for 6 months. I requested to do it monthly, and she stopped responding to my messages. I know that she got the messages because they were showing as read. It's very unprofessional, and I'll never use them again!
