Recently moved to the area and ordered residential trash service. Keli promptly delivered our bin the very next day. Looking forward to our services with CWS.

Update! Jason at the Aiken site was great to deal with. He made sure that everything was fixed in the system, and made sure our pick up had been done for the week. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Not off to a good start! They took over Dumpster Depot and obviously switched over billing services in January 2025. I never received a bill for February. I called because they halted my service and charged me a late fee, but never sent an invoice or email with a payment link! I HAD TO CALL THEM FOR MY BILL!! They never dumped my dumpster last week and when I logged into my account they said I canceled service for that week 3-5-2025. LIES! I NEVER CALLED THEM TO CANCEL SERVICE PICK UP FOR THAT WEEK! DO yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I can tell you right now I NEVER signed any type of contract with them either!! Isn't it funny that everyone gets the same lame response from the "owner" saying they can't find them in the system?? ABSOLUTELY FULL OF BS

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. My trash is never picked up. This was never an issue when it was Dumpster Depot. The trash pick up times also vary wildly. I have even tried putting the bucket out the day before and still my trash has been sitting here going on the THIRD WEEK. They emailed me the day before my scheduled trash pick up that their billing was changing so to avoid interruptions in service I needed to put my info in again. Guess what? My trash wasn't picked up again. Wish I could give a negative star review. Since they "assumed" all of dumpster depots contracts, CWS wants a hefty fee to cancel. Don't waste your time with this terrible company.

If we can give a zero rating we would. Dumpster Depot was the best! The Friendliest and they truly cared. You picked up the phone and everyone was helpful and pleasant. This Corporate run Waste Company that bought them out is horrendous. Nasty people, a no care attitude, and we paid for services not even provided. Then they had the audacity to charge us for picking up porta potties long after we called to get them picked up and no one showed up. Absolutely appalling company. Stay away from them if you can. Update May 2025: The icing on the cake in May. We received an invoice from this company as they don't even realize they picked up the porta potties a while back. We had overpaid and have had absolutely no response other than the weak one here which only confirms once again that they DO NOT CARE about their customers.

UPDATE!! Since my review, I am pleased to share that Mrs. Angela from Corporate reached out to me and has addressed and resolved my situation effectively! My trash has finally been picked up! Her customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciate her providing the level of service I was expecting at this level of escalation. Thank you, Angela, for your prompt and professional assistance!" I am extremely disappointed with the garbage pickup service from @CapitalWasteServices business after their takeover of Dumpster Depot. 5 years i lived at my home and not ONE ISSUE with trash pick up before this company!! Despite calling every single day to inquire about my scheduled pickups on Wednesdays, let me add that's just this week there has been several weeks & inconsistencies I haven't picked up the phone about. Im just FED up, they have consistently failed to arrive on time. Im to the point now if I had a pickup I'd delivered the trash to thier FRONT DOOR! Each time I contacted the office left several messages with a live office person with no return call. I have chased them down on the phone. I was assured that the "truck was going to make sure its picked up today mam" or im told "ive been placed on a missed route pickup & someone will be there today to get it " but this has not been the case. I am going on day 6 of trash being on my curb! This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company for waste management. If you are considering using their service, be prepared for ongoing frustration. #BringBackDumpsterDepot
