C & A Mobile Repair Service

I called these people on May 2 about an ABS light problem I had I had bought two Abs light sensors they told me to come in the labor would be about two to three hours. When I got there the computer told them it was two sensors and an ABS modulator valve. But the mechanic said it wasn’t it wasn’t the modulator valve insisting it was a wire. He looked for a broken wire all day but one mechanic told him no change out the modulator. The modulator was 185 they gave me a bill for $1010.69. I was hot because looking for a wire all day was not the problem when I’m fact the computer said it wasn’t it the valve insisting the beginning. Fast forward to May 15 guess what ABS light came on. I called Logan the next day I tell him that the light came back on the first to thing he said it’s a wiring problem and I don’t do work for free all I want him to do was recheck the issue these people is full of it. O I forgot to mention when my bill was so high yes I was pissed because the black guy that worked on my truck told me it would be only 2 or 3 hours labor and we had a heated argument and he called me the N word in front of nothing but white people go figure. STAY AWAY from these people STAY AWAY. I will be doing a different route with them.

Kris went above and beyond!! My drive shaft on my tandem Dumptruck broke while fully loaded with asphalt. Kris showed up within an hour, towed me to the asphalt plant to dump the load and then he towed me to a shop. Probably took about 3 1/2- 4 hours total. Very reliable, great customer service, I would recommend to anyone and will be using C&A for all my future towing/mobile repair needs.

Very Unhappy with Service Received - or rather NOT Received Called these people at 230 PM to do a call out to rescue one of my drivers sitting road side. I was told they could handle the job and would have a tech on site within 1-1.5 hours so I left it in their hands. At 5 PM, my driver calls me and tells me no one had shown up. I called and spoke with their service team again to get an update on when the tech would be arriving and was told that they tried to call the driver, couldn't reach him, so apparently they went off and did other things. As it is now after 5 PM, their techs were off the clock and they had no one to send. This leaves me holding the bag at 5PM (now it's after hours), with a truck/driver that has now been down since 2PM, still not fixed.......and NOW I have to start cold calling in the hopes of finding SOMEONE else that can do an after hours road call to help this guy. Very disappointed that no one at C&A took the initiative to call me directly when they could not reach the driver and they've left me in this situation today. Very poorly handled

C & A Mobile Repair was a blessing today, as I was traveling on I 20 heading east I began to hear an air leak on my tractor, so I pulled into a truck stop to safely assess the situation and realize I had a major air leak somewhere, I called this company to see if they were available for repairs and the receptionist was very helpful and she got me a mechanic right away. I spoke to Lopez my mechanic on the phone and we arranged for him to come out to help me with my air leak, which I might say he is a very Knowledgeable and friendly person and he got the truck repaired within minutes. I really appreciate the mom & pop businesses because they don’t take advantage of their customers and they prioritize the issue at hand. I’ve waited at a loves truck stop for a tire repair for 10 hours, but companies like C & A mobile repair truly care about their customers especially truck drivers who need them constantly, I recommend this company to anyone who is in Augusta, Georgia area if they ever need any repairs Five star service for sure.

As an owner of fleet trucks I want to give C&A a great review and recommendation . They have helped my company several times with repairs and troubleshooting on several of my newer model trucks when I could not even get an appointment with dealer . They were fast and very professional with work they performed . With the country going through the times we’ve experienced last couple years , C&A never slowed down , always available when I’ve needed them . Thank you to the owner and all his employees that have made my down times minimal and for good clean work . Highly recommended 🇺🇸
