I’ve been doing business with Butler Automotive for several years and haven’t had any problems. There have a shuttle service, which I take advantage of, that takes you home and once work is complete, the shuttle will pick you up and return you to Butler. Prior to beginning work, Butler informs me of the repairs they recommend and associated cost. Any issues that occur while work is being done, Butler notifies me and gets my OK prior to proceeding. I had a dead battery but no one would touch it because of the terminals. I took my car to Butler’s late Thursday afternoon and went Friday morning to pick it up. They changed my battery and cleaned the terminals. Thanks so much
