I took my car to Butler Automotive on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta, GA because my check engine light came on and I wanted my tires checked. They got me in the same day, explained the issue clearly, and let me know when my tires would need replacing. They had the part in stock and finished the repair that afternoon. My car runs smoother now, and I really appreciated how fast and honest they were. I’ll definitely be back.

I took my car in for a simple heater hose and ground wire to put on my car. A bootleg ground wire was put on my car and the heat hose was not correct. It made my car overheat. Eventually my car motor blew up. I took it back to have them look at it they said they could get me right, but I would have to pay for it. Don’t take your car here. They had a young mechanic work on my car and I don’t think he knew what he was doing. They do not use the car parts that made for that car. Mine was a Chrysler 200. They should’ve used Chrysler parts they didn’t they use bootleg

The guys at at Butler always take great care of my car. They drop me off and pick me up at work. They do a great job, are great communicators, and are just so nice to do business with.
