Kyle arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail every step he was performing. After assessing my situation, he explained all available options. I originally purchased my unit from Busby’s. After observing Kyle, he confirmed I made the right decision. Very satisfied with the entire Busby’s team. The office staff and Kyle showed a level of professionalism not seen in many companies! Well done!

Busby’s recently completed annual A/C services and we were very pleased with the experience. Trenton was an excellent technician. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous throughout the appointment. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions we had. The work was completed efficiently, and my A/C is now running better than ever. I appreciated Trenton’s professionalism and commitment to doing the job right! Joseph Brantley was our technician today (July 1, 2025). We had some obstructed duct work and he was able to get it cleaned out extremely quickly. He also pointed out that we had a missing S2 switches and algae growth in one line. He was able to get everything installed in both of my units and did so extremely quickly and efficiently, despite the less than forgiving summer attic conditions. He’s a great technician and Busby’s is always our go to provider. Always super nice and professional. We’re now happily on a yearly maintenance plan to deal with the algae (common in my area) by swapping out the pads and keeping the lines clean. We couldn’t be more grateful to have working AC again! We had our upstairs unit replaced today. Mack and Jalék came promptly at 9am and worked extremely hard all day to install the new unit. They were polite, taking care to put down cloths to protect the carpet. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. Busby's had let us borrow window units while we waited for the install and they removed those for us as well. We had our downstairs until replaced a few months ago and look forward to enjoying both units for years to come! I know we will receive wonderful service from this company!

Had a service call with Kyle and he gave me some great info and direction for replacing my air conditioning, which should have been replaced a while ago. He also gave me some tips on how to use it more efficiently until we can get a replacement. Great job Kyle and thank you for all the help.
