You see the ratings; their total ratings from everyone. You get the feeling the employees just don't care. 3 employees, with no one else in the lobby. Ignored us for 10 min, claiming they couldn't get into the computer, register. Fries were hot, but our SW was cold and the drinks tasted funky. Like many fast food chains, they need better management.

Needs new management. I think this location is purposefully driving away their costumer base so they can be lazy I'll just be honest. I ordered a large fries and a drink, It wasn't busy time at all, There was maybe 4 customers. It took 20 minutes to get my fries, Big boy behind the counter moves so slow, I'm talking half steps and quarter steps. He walked by that fry shelf like 6 times, it takes a normal person no more that 15 seconds to put fries in a sleeve and put it in a bag. Every customer was clearly annoyed. Fries weren't even that good. Some people have jobs which have time limits, I ran in for a quick bite as it was 4pm and I hadn't eaten since 5am. This joker got me late to my next job for what? I already gave him my money I'm not gonna walkout with no food... The location is very good, It would be a popular store if they hadn't ran everyone off.

Do not recommend. My burger was lacking ingredients, they were out of French fries and substituted with 4 little chicken fries that resembled great value chicken fries. My chidrens onion rings were soggy and it took about 15 minutes to get the food after ordering.

I ordered a whopper jr meal online for delivery. I received a dry hamburger patty on a bun plain nothing on it. They sent a bottle of water instead of the coke. This is the second time I did not get what I ordered.

Woke up this morning in a good mood, decided to get some breakfast for me and my family this location is close to my home and decided to come can show some support to the business. We were immediately met on the speaker by a very rude and unprofessional woman who automatically started to rub me the wrong way.. I brushed it off got to the window and asked her to add some cream and sugar to the bag for my coffee and then was told that they didn’t have any .. ( now common sense would have told her to say that when I ordered it ) … told her I don’t want the coffee and she tells me that she can’t take the coffee back and i told her will give me another drink or a refund cause I don’t want black coffee 🙄…I then proceeded to let her know that I don’t appreciate the attitude this morning and she blames her attitude on a co worker ..(okay but what does that have to do with me ???) like don’t ruin my day. I don’t know her name but she is a black woman with locs… maybe you all need to pull her aside and train her on how to be professional and not allow what others do to affect how you treat the customer…. I also was told to pull up and wait for my meal … now I could have had an attitude about the wait but I didn’t i waited patiently for my food and went on my way …if this location can’t get it together I’ll go somewhere else and send my hard earned money .. you applied for the job so act like u wanna keep it. UNACCEPTABLE
