I don't go to fast find places often but this particular trip was pretty good. Didn't wait very long in the drive thru and the food was hot and just how I requested. Four stars because the overall customer service could use some improvement. The workers in the drive thru were not very pleasant or well mannered. A thank you and a smile make a big difference but that didn't happen this time

This place is hit and miss but the burger I got this night hit the spot. The wait was a little long in the drive thru but with my walmart plus subscription discount it was well worth the wait. So if you use Walmart plus don't skip using the discount for Burger King perk

Shoutout to Tenesha!! Tenesha was working the front cashier position when my five year old and I went to visit yesterday. On top of what seemed to be short staffed, Tenesha greeted us with a smile and was super friendly, patient and joyful. It was truly a great experience! Thank you Tenesha for your dedication and joyful demeanor!

Great customer service. Didn’t take long to recieve my food . Food was great and hot . Sandwich was great and neat as well as hot. Loved the smile on my order takers face . I think her name was zandra . Good attithde.
