Build-A-Bear Workshop

A kind employee at the Augusta Mall Build-A-Bear store, on 1/25, personally delivered a dinosaur to our child who is at the AU Children's Hospital during their lunch break. This thoughtful gesture was made after my parents in Iowa contacted the store for assistance with an online order. Our family is incredibly grateful, as the delivery brought great joy to our son during a challenging time. Thank you so much!

My wife and I booked our son’s 1/2 bday party. This was the BEST experience when it came to having a party. It was organized chaos with the many children we had! Our helper was Syerra and she was best! Very personable, caring, and patient. This experience cost us about $220 for 10 bears. If you’re thinking about it, do it! Only con - no party room, but you can’t tell within the experience. Very affordable experience for any party occasion.

My grandbaby had his first BAB experience! The employees really know how to serve their customers for sure. My grand son is 4 and they made his day by allowing him to help make his dinosaur. He thought it was so neat to press the button to fill the dinosaur up. Lol. Later, my son and his fiancé came in to build their bear. It was awesome! A place where everyone can be a young kid again. Thank you all for your exceptional service.

I love this place (when it's not packed) 😊 I purchased (3) Teddy's online and brought (2) back so that my children could get them stuffed and enjoy the experience they have grown to love. Then of course, my child decided to exchange hers for another she liked in the store, although it took a bit of time to execute the exchange, nevertheless the lady who assisted was courteous and very patient. She made that experience a lot less stressful. My children were happy; therefore, I was stress-free. Thanks BAB well be back!

Zach was a wonderful! We weren't having the normal special visit for the birthday bear until he helped us. We've been going there for years for multiple children and this was the worst visit we've ever had in the beginning. I'm so thankful we had him helping my daughter build her birthday bear.
