Brookdale Augusta has amazing staff, staff that has been there for over 20 years! That speaks volumes!! Latoyga, Dawn & Debbie always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of in the best way. This is a great place to work and it’s a team atmosphere! I appreciate how this building including the residents feels like a huge family. I love coming in and seeing how happy the residents always are. This is the best community to put your loved one!

Management at Brookdale Augusta makes the health, care, and comfort of their residents top priority. During this time of pandemic in our world, they continue to look for ways for the residents to safely 'connect' with their families. Very thankful for them and their care!

Brookdale Augusta puts their residents first. The executive director, Debbie, goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the building. The passion the staff has for their job truly shows. Brookdale Augusta is the place to be.

Clients are underserved and not a priority. The staff scare the patients into subduing and they lie to parents and loved ones. Staff is underpaid and unappreciated. Debbie and Dawn make assumptions putting the clients at risk, they are Liars!
