Stacy and Kristen are fantastic: consistently kind, responsive, and dependable. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond as well. You can really tell the whole team takes pride in the community and cares about the people who live there.

This place is a hidden gem. Found it through a co worker and I’m glad I did. I stayed here for 2 years and it’s convenient and stress free. Aaron is my guy, he is prompt in his work and made sure all my maintenance needs were taken care of. Stacy the property manager, also great. She is welcoming and runs a tight ship by keeping the complex up to standard. Moving in was easy but leaving was hard. Everyone here is great and personable.

Very lovely well maintained complex. Tenants have always been respectful of others until recently. I live in an adjacent neighborhood and there has recently been a lot of noise coming from 116. There is a woman outside at all hours speaking so loudly I can hear her conversations clear to my house. There are also small children running around and screaming loudly throughout the day almost like its a daycare center. It has gotten increasingly worse over the past few weeks. People should be more respectful of others right to quiet enjoyment of their own home lifes.

I've been here almost 2 years. There is on-site maintenance, and it's really peaceful out here. Although prices everywhere are ridiculous, this is the only apartment in a good location that's priced reasonably low.

My boyfriend and I have been here almost a year now and we absolutely love living here. The maintenance staff are so polite and very quick to come do services as soon as you call. Ms. Stacy and Ms. Terry are amazing in the office! They always make sure to answer any questions you have and are always kind when we go into the office!
