Terrible experience. I was sent here for a new employment drug screen. The rude woman at the desk said a mask was needed, but she wouldn’t give me one because I wasn’t one of their patients. Actually, since the employer is paying them to provide a service I am a patient, did she not understand this? I needed to find a drug store yo buy a mask just to get drug tested. Do not go here if you have a choice.

I mean who requires people to pay $1.00 for a mask? & better yet who is still wearing mask really. Your mask isn’t going to save you from a cold or whatever you’re attempting to do.

Worst place ever they waste your time and ask you for 1000 requests for no reason I don’t recommend it at all

Came for a drug screening, I didn't pick the place very nasty. Mask requirements in 2024 is outrageous and staff was rude for no reason. Got in a 9:10am waited for over 30 mins to pee in a cup!!!!

The tall black lady was 10 minutes late and still made me wait outside in the cold for her to “open up”. Forced me to put on mask before entry and refused service me because i asked her to put her mask on. Went as far as to call the cops and tell her coworker im causing a disturbance with my language. Someone needa remind her that she is in a place of business.
