Christa, Tyrone, and Cheryl are amazing staff, amazing to get along with. They make sure that residents are safe and in a clean home/ area. Very safe place to live. Yards, roads, and homes are kept up. Maintenance is quick and ensure that everything is fixed as soon as possible.

i live here and i LOVE it. cheryl is the best property manager i have ever had in my 20 years of living on my own. tyrone is an amazing grounds keeper. christie is also just as amazing as cheryl. the grounds are so nice, there is never any issues, never police altercations, the pool is kept very clean, the parking is amazing as well. this place is all around such a good place to live and they are very attentive to the people who lives here needs. i highly recommend them.

I have been living here for almost 3 years. They are an staff and always extremely professional. Very quiet community as well. The grounds are well taken care of. The office management team Kim and Kara are always helpful and get anything taken care off quickly. Any maintenance issues are taken care of within a day as well which is very much appreciated. I love love living here and have absolutely no complaints! They will not disappoint!

Location is ideal for Aiken, downtown hospital areas of Augusta and easy commute! They will not disappoint!

Have been living here a few months now and so far it’s been a great place to call home! The office staff did everything to make the moving process easy, Kara literally got us set up with renters insurance while we signed papers. The best maintenance staff that I’ve ever seen! They are always prompt, polite, respectful and do such an amazing job keeping the area well kept! Apartments are nicely set up, the screened in porch is def my favorite part. The only issues I have are parking and package delivery. We only have one spot and my spot is across from my building which is a bit inconvenient having a toddler and a newborn baby. As for packages, the USPS won’t deliver to your door so it has to go to the office and they can’t really hold it for you. But overall it’s been great so far and I would highly recommend staying here.
