It was a true pleasure getting Waxed by Katheryn. The receptionist Tanzir has such a BEAUTIFUL spirit. I LOVE my wax, I was extremely comfortable. The price was reasonable and FAST! It took her about 20 -25 minutes for my full Brazilian wax. I will definitely be back. Since I have added Melly and Jania they all are REALLY great!

I had an issue with my initial appointment. The manager of the location noticed my discomfort and asked about it. She listened to my concerns, and understood them. She walked me through the situation and helped me understand their polices to better provide a clear picture of the issues at hand. She educated me on my skin and the services that were needed then proceeded to go out of her way to rectify the situation and to make sure I did not leave unsatisfied. Customer service was amazing!! I would definitely be returning.

My experience with Jania it’s always good. I get a cleane good wax done on my full legs, under arms, and Brazilian wax. I like the time and conversations that I have with my tech.

Natalya was amazing! Very personable, professional and kind. Enjoyed talking to her and having a nice experience while getting waxed. Highly recommend her.

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for almost a year and a half now and I wouldn’t choose any other place. I don’t know how but I get the same girl every time, Katheryn, book with her! But they are all so sweet it really doesn’t matter who you get!
