I would have to say my overall experience with Sherry Sanders was very unpleasant. The one and only time I decided to call her. She answered extremely rude, saying she didn’t have an answer for me and as soon as she did, she would reach out which by the way, she didn’t reach out to me. She reached out to a third-party While I’m happy I got my home I wouldn’t recommend Sherry Sanders. She’s extremely rude very unprofessional and if I had it all over again, I would pick a different agent or lose the house closing. She acted like a completely different person at the closing, of course because she made Money for pretty much doing nothing like I said Sherry Sanders is very unprofessional she doesn’t give you updates like she claims she will and is extremely rude, I do not recommend her and if I had to do all over again, I would either lose the house or pick someone else. Do not go with sherry Sanders very rude, very unprofessional and does not call the actual client to give updates

I can't say enough great things about Elana Murray. She was an absolute delight to work with and extremely helpful. After the place we were wanting to look at fell through, she found us something even better. It was everything we had been looking for and more. She went above and beyond to help us get into it and make our dreams come true.

My experience with this realty company was horrible. I listed with them in June with Kevin as my realtor. The posted description for my house was 2 sentences. After that my realtor became a ghost. Whenever I tried to contact him, he always had some new life changing event going on in his life to explain why I hadn't heard anything. I never received one offer, or advice from my realtor on how to make my house more marketable. Finally, in October, I had enough, and hired a different realty company. I got an offer 2 weeks later.

Needed to find someone to list my home. I walked into the building over off Scott Nixon Memorial Drive and was greeted by the sweetest woman at the front desk (I believe it was Leslie) who made me feel like family immediately. She pointed me in the right direction with a knowledgeable agent who was on the floor that day. Unfortunately, my family decided it was not best to sell at the time but I will DEFINITELY be coming back after that initial experience!

I wish I could give negative stars. *The rental agent was unavailable for 4 months. *The rent check was short on several occasions. *The tenants broke contract and the agent didn't do a single thing about it. *The tenants didn't pay last 2 mths rents b/c they thought the contract ended, even though they asked to move out. * The deposit was given to us, but was still charged a management fee. *We didn't receive the last month's rent. Avoid this company for rental properties.
