Easily the best pool company in the area! I have used them for a wide variety of services like replacing my liner, opening the pool for the season, and my most recent use of getting my pool back to useable conditions after the hurricane in October 2024. Their customer service had always been OUTSTANDING! I feel like I am sometime not the best pool owner and probably have silly questions regularly, and every single time they have been nothing but kind and helpful! Even reminded me to remove the filer plugs before the freeze in December so my pipes wouldn’t bust! I seriously cannot recommend this company enough. When we bought our house in 2015, our pool was probably 20+ years old and in bad shape. With a wooden deck coming off the house and rickety pergola off the pool we definitely needed a renovation. Years later, we reached a point where a renovation was a necessity. After speaking with several different companies (most of whom seemed ambivalent to our needs) we had a consultation with Abe @ Big Wave. He listened to our desires and made astute recommendations that completely transformed our backyard. Gone was the diving board, replaced by a swim step. Gone was the wooden deck, replaced by a concrete patio with stone work. New were the waterfall and, chiller (surprisingly one of the first installs in the area) for those dog days of summer where the water feels like a warm bath instead of a refreshing pool. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of Abe's team's work and attention to detail. This man knows what he's doing and will make your concept a reality.

Knowledgeable and explained solutions to keep new salt system and heater running longer. Something that the previous company never did, all they had was excuses. The previous company started strong but got sloppy and lax about things that should have been addressed but weren't unless there was an additional charge attached.

Our 20-plus year-old pool needed a major refresh and Big Wave Pools was by far the standout choice. Abe and his team of prompt, courteous, and consummate professionals in their craft offered sound advice and great suggestions making our refresh better than we ever expected. The project included moving a swim-out from one side of the pool to the other to make a larger walking area (not an easy task), removing a diving board and replacing with a waterfall diving rock, removing the bottom drain, adding two inlets and two top drains, doubling the size of the pool deck, adding a paver walkway, adding pool deck and grass drainage, changing the liner, and upgrading the electrical and control system to name a few. They incorporated so many little details along the way that made the final product stand out, including burying roof drainage, adding an overflow line (which came in handy during the recent downpours), and thankfully talking us out of adding a pool heater which was a must-have when we started the refresh (thanks Abe!). We truly believe no other company would have treated our money and pool like their own. We highly recommend Big Wave Pools for your pool needs, big and small. Not only did we get a great refresh, but we also met some great people along the way.

Abe Roley and his crew are absolutely the BEST!! They are some of the hardest working professionals I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Abe guided us on the best selection of design and materials for our pool renovation. His crew delivered in every aspect. We could not be more pleased with the results. Truly a great job which enhanced our property.
