My go to Barber is Kayla. You need an appointment to see her. Everyone else in the shop seems to be great also, but I only go to Kayla, so I can't speak for everyone else. A little on the pricey side, but the service I receive makes it worth it.

I’ve had mixed experiences with independent barbershops in the past, which left me hesitant about trying new places. For the last few years, I’ve been a loyal customer of Sport Clips—until today. Faced with the choice of visiting the nearest Sport Clips or stepping out of my comfort zone to try Big City Cuts, I decided to take a chance on the latter. I’m so glad I did! The customer service was exceptional. Even as a walk-in, I was greeted immediately upon entering, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the name of my barber (apologies!), but she was outstanding. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, listened carefully to what I wanted, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my haircut. I couldn’t be happier with the result. A huge thank you to my barber and the entire Big City Cuts team—youre all amazing! I highly recommend Big City Cuts and will definitely be returning. 10/10.

Absolutely best experience ever for my 14 year old who struggled to find the perfect barber for his type of hair. We finally found the one!! Best decision ever and they are extremely nice/awesome personality
