Stop searching, you will find no-one better!!! I cannot begin to express my gratitude for our experience at Better Days Therapies. The entire staff here are beyond helpful and truly invested in your success. We utilized all services provided at Better Days to help our little. He has made more progress during his time here than he has at all other times combined. He embraced every bit of participating in therapy because everyone found a way to engage him. He was EXCITED to go to therapy!!! The ONLY reason we are unable to continue here is because we moved across the county. Would drive hours to continue to THRIVE with Better Days Therapies.

BDT is an amazing business run by intelligent, professional, and kind-hearted women! Our family has received speech and OT services for nearly three years and have watched our children grow, learn, and thrive as a result of the love and care given to them by therapists and staff. BDT office staff works hard to ensure a variety of insurances are taken to meet the needs of everyone. When our insurance made changes on us BDT pushed back and kept our claims organized and resubmitted them so that we could continue to afford various services for multiple children. I recommend Better Days Therapies of Augusta to parents and therapists.

I am giving a 5 star rating because of how wonderfully nice the staff has been when I first called them! I was going to try and get in with Therapy Trails but that was a longer waiting time and they did not even call me back when I left a detailed message to see if my referral went through for both my kids from their pediatrician's office! I can say they are beyond nice and helpful which I absolutely love how they helped me learn new things to help my children out to be the best they can be! I love love love the atmosphere whenever I walk in at every appointment the therapist that work with my two children are very upbeat and uplifting to me and my children so I don't have to worry! They help me out so that I don't worry about all the mile stones to make sure I am happy as well with their progress! I will forever recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area close of they need to have therapy done with their kids! I 100% love everyone and my kids are so happy here going from my infant almost 1 years old to my four year old!

Both our boys started at Better Days in August. We love Josie for speech therapy and all the occupational therapists. A major plus was there was no wait. While they aren't in network for our insurance, they do help file as an out of network provider and communicate with our insurance. From day 1 of reaching out to Better Days that have been extremely nice, patient and communicative. They answered all my many questions very graciously. Going to therapy for your children can be stressful and Better Days has made it as least stressful as possible.

Better days always went above and beyond for our boys. We are so grateful we found them and had the privilege to be a part of the better days family! We highly recommend!
