We bought a whirlpool washer from them 2 years later (outside warranty) we had to call for service. Had defective capacitor. Paid $200. Service call and $25.00 part. Given 3 month warranty. 9 months later same problem. Technician from Cunningham Appliances identified part replacement was not manufacture replacement part. Cost another $150.00 plus part. With 2 year warranty. Bad on you Best Buy for using inferior parts and technicians.

The best buy in Augusta GA has horrible customer service and their manager Hannah is the worst!!! My husband and I purchased a LG 75 inch TV last night got home unloaded it and didn’t open till today. We took it straight out the box, turned it on and it was cracked. I called customer service and they told me to take it back to the store. We live 45 mins away so that’s what I did. Once we get there we had to get help unloading it and then once it was unloaded and taken in the store. We were meant at the counter by Hannah which from the time she walked up was not friendly. She told us as a store they had the right to not take items back and they would not be taking the TV back because after watching the cameras they noticed that the TV was leaned over a little (keep in mind their employee loaded it in my SVU) We argued back and forth with her and seen we were not getting anywhere with her and we loaded the TV back up and I called Best Buy’s customer service number and waiting for a return call. Hopefully they will make it right. But while we were standing there in the store arguing with her there were several employees moving and toting tvs at a angel (the same way that it was in my car) she also told us that they offered free delivery but the guy that sold us the NEVER offered that in store. I will NEVER buy anything else from the best buy in Augusta GA and warn you not to either.

I never leave poor reviews for companies, but Best Buy’s customer service is now nonexistent. I recently purchased a washer and had a no call no show for delivery. They promised a gift card due to the inconvenience, but due to their lack of customer service, 2 hours worth of holding for assistance and 2 times being hung up on we still have no gift card. We also visited the store for help, but were told they can’t assist and we would need to call their customer service line. Come on Best Buy, I am truly disappointed and I have been a repeat customer for many years.

I am completely disappointed with the customer service I received from Geek squad. I am a Best Buy total member and I brought several of my components here to have my new PC assembled. They told me it would take 4-6 days, but it's been more than 8. A day before, they called me to tell me that my AIO didn't have the correct screws and I had to buy another one directly from them. I am completely disappointed that this is the only "reliable" place to take your PC or get help with technical service. The employees' faces and attention make it seem like they didn't want to or bother to work there. I hope I NEVER have to go back.

I went in 2 days in a row looking at the same item and not one person offered to help me either time. I made eye contact with an employee who looked surprised that I was looking at him. Wasn’t hard to find employees, they were huddled up having a good time in their own convos vs customer service. A warehouse person was filling an order near me and actually cared to help when I asked. Thankful for that young man actually taking his job seriously. It was a disappointing experience and I will only be back if that’s the very best option for me.
