Our experience of selling a home with Teresa Moxley Kitchens (agent) with Berkshire Hathaway has been wonderful! A few years ago she helped my husband and I buy a home and when it came time to sell we didn't hesitate to reach out to her again. She is the best! She is very experienced in her field. She knows how to keep things moving along during the process to give you peace of mind. I definitely recommend her services!

My family and I have had the privilege of working with Berkshire Harhaway for almost 2 years. Being military, my schedule is not always the easiest. They have always done a wonderful job getting appointments/maintenance requests for our house. Move in and move out procedures were very simple. Both our agent (Andrea) and maintenance manager (Scott) have always been very helpful and friendly. They offered a comfortable approach when dealing with issues or general questions. Overall, very happy and would use/recommend!

Andrea Carr, my rental property manager, has been a godsend. Since I live on the other side of the country, having a trustworthy, communicative property manager is paramount. But after our home was extensively damaged by the hurricane (over $40k in needed repairs), Andrea has exceeded all expectations. Not only did she stick by my side, she has worked tirelessly to get my home repaired and back on the market. She has identified honest and economical contractors, oversaw repairs, and has even secured a new tenant while the final repairs are being done. She has managed the complete renovation without me having to fly into town to assist. I simply cannot express the gratitude I have for Andrea and her team.

Finding the perfect home for my elderly father was no small task, but Sam Datta made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and truly meaningful for our family. From the very beginning, Sam approached this journey with warmth, care, and an incredible level of patience. He took the time to listen intently to my dad’s needs, ensuring that every aspect of the search aligned with both his desires and practical requirements. Sam was more than just a realtor—he was a trusted guide and advocate. Navigating a new-build purchase can be complex, but he served as an excellent intermediary between my dad and the builder, ensuring that every question was answered and every detail addressed.
