Gwendolyn is amazing! She is knowledgeable, polite, and goes the extra mile for her customers. She assisted my friend and I yesterday. My friend found the perfect pants, but her size was not in the store. Two employees said they could not find them to order online for home delivery. Gwendolyn found them and had them shipped to her home. She also took time to find a price for a bracelet, which I purchased, that didn't have a price tag. It is the little things that make a difference. She is truly an asset to this store. Thank you, Gwendolyn!

At first I was upset because I got a text my package had been picked up! I jumped on the phone to the store to see if someone had stolen my package, after checking, I was told my package was still there, so it had to have been an error! I had done an ugly survey, and now I am sorry! Because the Associates and even the Manager has been so nice about the mistake and assured me that my package is there and will be held for me until I can get in to pick it up. I couldn’t ask for better service and nicer people to deal with. I already love Belk’s quality of products and prices. It is the main place I shop! I recommend it highly to family and friends and everyone!!! It is a great place to shop!

Most people in this store are very polite, but do not buy any cosmetics at this location, especially estee lauder. Icannot remember her name, but it's Connie or kimmie and she is a horrible person. Rude and insulting every time i go in there. Go to the Evans belk, they are all very polite.

Do not expect to place an order at North Augusta and pick it up when promised. I waited all day and never even received a message. How difficult is it to call a customer when their order is going to be delayed? Very unprofessional. That is basic customer service. I work with the public and good communication covers a multitude of sins. Avoid this location at all costs unless you don't care when you receive your order.

Need to give kimmie Goins a good raise for all her hard dedicated work she does to keep this store going. Without her this store would be history for most of the employees there just go too work for a paycheck and could care less about the store or customers. Should be a team player job but it’s not unfortunately when you have one person doing most of the work and kimmie puts 100% into her job!
