Beacon went above and beyond to find an obsolete part for my 2006 Ford Fusion that controls the windshield wipers and the fan for the AC. Although we had to wait a few weeks for shipping they gave me every possible discount they could to help me out because I waited so long. They fixed it within a day and it works great in this Georgia heat! Beacon always does great, dependable work for a good price!

It was a pleasure working with the staff! They were professional, communicative and competent. I had made the mistake of purchasing a used vehicle from an out of state dealership with a load of problems (see my previous review). Although the guys and gals at Beacon were able to quickly and thoroughly asses the situation and offer me a fair price. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely consider using them again, and I would also highly recommend them if you needing work done on your vehicle.

My car may be older, but it holds deep sentimental value. It’s the car my oldest son—now serving in the military—learned to drive in. It has taken us on family trips and even helped us through COVID, giving us a safe way to escape to the water without ever leaving the car. I’ve taken it to other mechanics, and they all told me the same thing: “You’d be better off getting a new car.” But not Beacon. They treated my car like a luxury vehicle fresh off the lot! She needs a lot of mechanical attention, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the work. Their customer service is impeccable, their pricing is upfront, honest and reasonable, and their care for both their customers and their vehicles is rare these days. Beacon is a 10/10 recommendation from us! If you love your car and want it in the best hands, this is the place to go.

When I first went in and told them the situation with my A C in my car, it was explained to me exactly what would be done and what to expect. Each staff member was pleasant, professional and informative. They detected the leak and repaired it immediately. I highly recommend them. And definitely would rather support locally owned businesses, which they are.

Great first experience with beacon. Everyone was kind and helpful. got me in to service my ac. Paid exactly what the quoted me it would cost. Will be using them again next time I need car repairs.
