Great experience! I went in to have the battery replaced in my key fob. Miciah was pleasant and professional. He very quickly confirmed the warranty from my former purchase of their lifetime battery. He did not try to “upsell” me or talk me into any additional purchases, which made me very comfortable. The advertisement on the front window prompted me to ask some questions about my cracked iPhone glass. He immediately gave me a definitive answer and helpful instructions for what to do if I chose to use their services; he even recommended a coupon and suggested an online appointment via their website. He was honest and straightforward regarding their parameters with Apple products. His helpfulness prompted me to purchase a front glass for my phone, which he installed beautifully. I was lucky enough to drop my phone face down on a hardwood floor at work and shatter my screen at 5pm today. Every place I googled closed at 6 and I knew I couldn’t make it before they closed. I found this place and saw they closed at 8pm. I spoke with LJ on the phone and he told me he could have my phone fixed this evening. I dropped it off and less than an hour later I had a brand new screen. Repair cost was lower than anywhere else I called. I am really happy with the service and speed! If I ever break my screen again I know the first place I will go. Thanks again for the rapid repair!
