I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. Every time I visit, I feel completely invisible. Despite being a regular customer who has spent thousands of dollars here, I am consistently ignored by the staff. I've noticed that while other customers are promptly greeted and offered assistance, I am never acknowledged, possibly because I tend to dress casually when I shop. As a fragrance influencer, I often recommend Bath & Body Works products to my followers, essentially providing free promotion. However, it's disheartening to feel so unwelcome in my local store. This recurring behavior has made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand. I hope management takes not e and addresses this issue, as it significantly impacts the customer experience.

I absolutely love this Bath and Body Works location! The staff are always amazing and go out of their way to help you find the perfect product for yourself. The scents they sell lasts all day without being overpowering, and it leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and hydrated. Plus, the packaging is adorable and looks great on my bathroom counter. Definitely a must-have in my daily routine!

The staff here is always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to assist. I've come in when it's been busy or packed & slow and got consistently good service every time. They have a variety of scents & products to choose from.

The store is amazing! Great deals for gifts and everything you need to make your home smell amazing!!! Also they have the best cologne, and body care products to help you relax at night. I love the Eucalyptus Mint line!!!! Great customer Service! Great location by Star Bucks!

I was in there today and noticed how short staffed they were. I was picking up and order and had questions regarding a few scents and the girl at the online pickup window, Leah, was Uber friendly and helpful. She somehow convinced to spend an additional $70 with her bubbly personality. She was super super friendly and helpful
