Barney's: Grovetown

I love pulling up in the drive thru, and I don't even have to tell them my name. That's the difference with a hometown pharmacy. I can trust that their prescriptions are made right here in the USA and that meeting their customers' needs are their top priority.

I have went to cvs and time and time have been disappointed. Finally was told to go to this place barneys pharmacy and LET ME TELL YOU! Best experience with a pharmacy ever. They got my childs prescription done speedy fast, answered any and all questions, and were just super kind. I really appreciated it! If i could give it 10 stars i would. Ill definitely be coming there for all prescriptions and recommending to all!

I was desperate to get prescriptions filled after battling the flu. My "normal" pharmacy had an hour long wait and then said they couldn't find my prescriptions. I went to Barney's, had it filled in 10 minutes and got home. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. They seemed to care and want to help. I have a new normal pharmacy.

The staff at this location in Grovetown are the friendliest group of people! Every time I call about a prescription they are so nice and are willing to help me. Great customer service that makes you feel glad to be there! I hope when this pharmacy comes to Thomson that they will be as nice as the group of people at the Grovetown location… Thank you to all of you at Barney’s at the Grovetown location for being such a great group of people to work with!

I have been filling a script at Barney's Grovetown since September 2022. There were production issues and the medication is finally available again. I was told by their pharmacist that since I don't fill any other scripts there and because I am using a coupon to purchase my medication he will no longer fill the script. He stated he would take care of only of his regular customers. I understand he has to wait for the drug company to reimburse the pharmacy but this is just wrong. I highly recommend you find a different pharmacy and don't risk not being able to get your medication.
