Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Never had an issue here. My fiancee opened his account here and i've cashed multiple checks here. Everyone has always been super helpful and even seemed as thought they enjoyed doing it (that's hard to find these days). Would definitely recommend!

This is the worst bank of America branch have ever visited customer service manager or associate doesn't know what shes doing. Have not seen where you spend 2 hpurs plus to open an account for a customer. It took her 2 hours 45 minutes tol open an account for a customer while myself and others were waiting. This branch has poor service. It took over 3 hours before I could get attended to. This branch needs to get close down or hired more competent people

If i could leave a 0 I would. They might as well close down because I can’t get anything accomplished when i come here. Went here on my short lunch break just to learn that the ONLY teller they have is going on lunch so they cant do the transaction that i needed. People have to eat but why have that person go on lunch during everyone else’s lunch break when its known that an influx of people will be coming between 11-12. They need to plan better and be more proactive. And cross-train the other 2 people who were just sitting at the desk.

I never been to this branch. After several years of banking with BOFA I learned that my name was forged on an account. An employee at this branch allowed my sister to forge my name on a joint account to add her husbands name to our account. 2 police reports later and no actions have been taken. I must mention that I have never lived (nor does my sister) in or been to Augusta, GA in my life it took me two months to get a Police Report filed. The lack of empathy and sympathy the total disregard for me as human has left me with no choose but to hire a lawyer!

Very pleasant experience with opening up my new accounts today! Staff was very knowledgeable and I was in and out in less than and hour! I can access my new account with the mobile banking app and I even have a digital debit card to use until my plastic card comes in the mail. Thanks so much guys for all of your help!
