Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

My friend has an account with Bank of America and the account was compromised by scammers. Bank of America has their money, but you can’t get yours. Why is processing so difficult with an account that is Closed. Don’t bank with these people So sad they want release YOUR money. I want to rate them 0 stars.

i went to go cash a check yesterday in the bank and the teller which was Caucasian looked at me like I was crazy because of the amount of the check I felt like I was racially profiled I will never go to this bank of America again the way her body language was gave me a bad taste

I use to hate to go inside of the branch but last week I decided to go inside and speak with someone and I'm glad I did. I had Ms. Walker and I was very pleased. I know i can be a bit difficult but she was so calm and patient with me. She took care all my needs and also allowed me to know some offers I was missing out on. She was not pushing anything on me which I was very glad of. She made my bank experience extremely comfortable and also kept me from closing my accounts and ending my relationship with them. Only thing I wish they do is open the windows back up. Other than that thank you Ms. Walker for my inside experience at this branch.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience today with Senior Bank Officer Nicole Walker, who helped us navigate some very tedious paperwork. She was so patient with us, and explained every detail through each step of the process. We were treated very well, and are so appreciative of the time and excellent service extended to us during our visit. This branch truly demonstrates what customer service is all about.

Not enough staff. Always redirect you to 1800# where you have to wait 20-30 minutes to speak with someone. Overall poor customer service.
