Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Ms. RENITA MCLEOD at the Wheeler Road Bank of America branch provided me MOST EXCELLENT CUSTOMER service! I ran in there at 5 minutes to closing to accomplish something quick. Of course it ended up taking longer, but she made a phone call for me while I was still waiting on hold on the phone with Bank of America Customer Service, and she got everything corrected for me with patience and kindness. I never thought that I would open up an account with Bank of America, but I will tell you right now Ehsan B Is literally the best representative of Bank of America I've ever met. I literally wanted to come here and cash a check that was still a company who has an account with Bank Of America I end up walking out with a brand new bank account and I'm old school Bank of America I go back to when you didn't have to have a fee on the account so for me to get with a bank that has a fee it's just tells you that who you hired made a lot of sense. I'm truly blessed to have met such a wonderful representative.

My friend has an account that was compromise by Scammers And Bank of America can’t get a resolved. The technology today it should be resolved within days if not hours. But Not with Bank of America. They want to mail a check. Please note, Bank of America has all of their money, but you can’t get yours. So sad!

I came in to update my name since I got married and was told that the wait time was 30min. After an hour I notice an employee take off for lunch so I got up to ask if there was only one person available to help the three different people still waiting for service. All I was told was that I was “next” and could schedule an appointment. For what? Within that time I had already made a Navy Federal account without any issues and without needing to speak to someone. The service and experience is absolutely terrible with BofA. I’m glad I left both my account and this branch.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve been with BOA since I graduated high school in 2006. I came into town to attended my niece graduation on last week, I want to make her something which required me needing new dollars bills. The tellers literally was not trying to help, he showed me a stack of bills that were definitely worn and would not be useful for what I was trying to do. He proceeded to ask the teller next to him, she didn’t even check and quickly said no. I left and went to the Walton way location… and the service was AWESOME! The young lady let me know if the teller didn’t have any in the drawer, the would go into the vault to get what I needed…wheeler rd need to take lessons! Seriously!
