Walked up to the door it was locked. Note on the door says sorry we’re closed power is out. All of the lights are on inside so can’t be the power. Bank of America is decent but this branch is always closed for something. Whoever is managing this location needs to be replaced!

You do not want to bank with Bank Of America. They are absolutely horrible. They claim to hold checks for security reasons. (That I understand) What they don't tell you is that after releasing the checks they will randomly choose to put the last 3 or 4 checks on hold again, after they have been made available and I have ran transactions based on the amount available. Which in turn puts your account in the negative and stalls all business, obviously. And there is nothing you can do to retrieve that money after they put it on hold AGAIN and have extended the check hold. I have had multiple 30 min. to an hour phone calls trying to get an answer and it was all a waste of time.

I really enjoyed my visit today. Not even a minute wait and Ms. Marcella invited to her office and started the business right away. She even assisted me in some procedures and guidelines set up as well as educated me of all guideline requirements for my intended business. Indeed, an excellent customer service, kudos BOA.

I really HATE coming to this location! Handling Business in Aiken with this bank makes it a HORROR! They pick and choose who they Greet at the door. I'm coming in SEVERAL times a week. Not all employees are like this, but most!!! Hours and location are already terrible then poor customer service.

I had an appointment there to talk to someone about financial planning during my divorce. I made the appointment for 9 a.m. the following week, and the appointment card given to me confirmed that it was at 9. When I arrived, I was told that the representative I was to meet was running late and would be there shortly. When asked by a manager at the bank if I had been helped, I told her that I was waiting for an appointment. She asked who I was waiting for and what time my appointment was. I told her who I was to meet, but as I said "9" the back employee that had checked me in spoke over me and told the manager that my appointment was to be at 9:30. The manager left, satisfied. I confronted the employee that checked me in and asked her what time my appointment had been. She told me 9:30. I felt marginalized and lied to. I felt that the employees were lying to cover each other's tardiness and negligence. I really didn't care if the employee I was to meet was running late. I cared a lot about the amount of dishonesty displayed openly as if I didn't matter at all. I will not return to this branch again, nor will I do business with Bank of America. I can't trust my financial health to an environment permeated with such dishonesty.
