Ballantyne Commons of Augusta

My husband and I have rented in several places over the years, and I can confidently say that Ballantyne Commons has been one of the best experiences I've had. I lived there for a year and a half and only had to move because of an unexpected situation. Even with the need to break our lease, the office staff was incredibly understanding and helpful during a very stressful time in our lives. From day one, the leasing specialist and office management team were professional, kind, and always willing to help. The maintenance crew was just as excellent—quick to respond and always friendly. Any service request we submitted was taken care of almost instantly. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything in top shape. I highly recommend Ballantyne Commons to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

I recently moved out, but I lived here for 10 months, and from the start, Sara and her team have been so nice and accommodating. They are amazing when communicating with residents about pest control coming your unit, major changes in weather, and any scheduled maintenance. The maintenance team is very friendly and responds to service requests within a day of its submission. The only issue I had during my stay was a leak in the roof from Hurricane Helene. The roof was promptly fixed, and the maintenance team came out to look at my ceiling and repainted since the leak was dry. I always felt safe, and getting a garage was the best thing about my time there, along with the other amenities. I highly recommend this community to any single individuals with/ without pets, families with children, students within the area, teachers, military personnel, medical professionals, or anyone else. I would live here again if I move back to the area.

I’ve been living here for four years, and from the start, Sara has been incredibly helpful and consistently maintains excellent communication throughout the process. She is highly professional and business-oriented. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to address any issues. In my four years here, the only issue I’ve encountered was a leak from the unit above me. The emergency maintenance team responded promptly, providing temporary solutions until it was fully resolved the next business day. The issue was handled quickly, so I was able to continue my daily routine without disruption. The staff’s notes and emails are also very helpful, providing advance notice for pest control visits or maintenance tasks. The neighbors are friendly while remaining respectful of each other’s space. I’ve always felt safe, even when walking my dog at night. From medical professionals, a few military members, Augusta University students, families with children, single personnel with/without pets, this complex is perfect for anyone. The location is excellent—just 12-15 minutes from Gate 1 of Fort Eisenhower and conveniently close to major shopping areas in Martinez, Evans, and even Grovetown. I highly recommend this community! I would live here again in a heartbeat.

My husband , toddler and I moved here from California and were relieved to find Ballantyne Commons! We weren’t able to physically tour the chestnut floor plan before we moved in but the photos and virtual tour on the website helped us with that. Sarah helped us so much and made the whole application process stress free. Sarah and Diane are great at communicating and the technicians are amazing and really care. Loved the gym there. The pool area is awesome with some bbq grills out there. Loved that there was a playground there for my toddler. The carport to vacuum/wash our car was really nice.We’ve never had a pest problem at all which was a major thing for us! Only thing that really bothered us was some residents speeding inside the community but overall we loved the place and the area!

The staff at Ballantyne Commons of Augusta is amazing. As a parent helping her college student find housing, I felt completely comfortable with her living here. I was told by the staff that if I ever had any concerns or needed them to check in on her to just let them know. They are so easy to work with as far as administrative issues go as well. And lets talk about the apartments themselves...they are roomy with excellent lay outs and are very well maintained. The property around the complex is beautiful with lots of lovely trees. I cannot recommend this complex enough!
