Back To Basics Auto Detailing

Stopped by Back2Basics today to get my car washed. the staff was very attentive and treated my vehicle with a degree of care and respect that you rarely ever see anymore. The team was extremely professional while being incredibly personable at the same time. They made my time waiting for my car very pleasant. The work was exceptional and my car has never looked better and a special shout out to the wheel guy because he made my rims and tires look like new. Thanks and I will definitely be back!

Very happy with the service. My large pit bull became became very sick in the car during a long trip. I did what I could but it was not good enough. So I took a chance on Back 2 Basics in Aiken, South Carolina. It was just the two gentlemen that work here and together they got my truck back to feeling like a it did when I just purchased it. I will be back to this place.

Hi BACK TO BASICS DETAILING I appreciate the update on Shammy’s condition, and I sincerely hope she recovers soon. That being said, my concern is strictly business-related. We entered into an agreement where Back to Basics Detailing would handle overflow jobs from EGON Detailing Service. However, after accepting these jobs, communication has completely stopped, and payments that were previously made have been reversed. This situation has created unnecessary complications for my business. If there were any issues or concerns on your end, a simple response or clarification would have helped avoid misunderstandings. I am open to resolving this professionally, but I do need clear communication and fulfillment of obligations as agreed. Please confirm when the outstanding payment will be processed and how you’d like to move forward regarding the jobs assigned. Wishing Shammy a speedy recovery. Met the business owner, Talmadge Jenkins, amazing soul and they did an even more amazing job on my vehicle. They cleaned the inside and outside for $20 and I've never seen my rims cleaner!
