My husband's favorite store for parts and other items needed to repair and maintain our vehicles. On the rare occasion a part hasn't been in stock they've made every effort to locate one and have it brought to the store for pickup. Always helpful, well informed. We love that they decided to locate a store on Lewiston Road as it's far more convenient than driving into town.

I had an outstanding experience at the Grovetown AutoZone thanks to Ms. Kamela! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a can-do attitude. I came in needing help with a battery replacement and new windshield wipers, and Kamela went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did she help me pick out the right products, but she also installed them quickly and professionally right there in the parking lot—something I truly appreciated on a busy day. Her knowledge, patience, and customer-first mindset made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and kind. Had some great experiences with the majority of the employees. I understand that some are entry level so their knowledge isn’t there yet but always willing to work through an issue with someone who is willing to listen. Keep up the great work team!

Colby is the young man who waited on me. I was very pleased with the service he provided and his professionalism.

We were stopped for replacement wipers. This short manager assistant said that he cannot reach my pickup truck to replacement wipers for us. He does not want to work with customers or not want to help customers. Thank to manager lady did took it and replacement wipers for us. My husband told him that why are you take job? Also told him, you have step or ladder that where it is. We are not coming back this short overweight man! Thank to lady.
