If you have any insurance needs, this group is top-of-the-line. It was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. From the very first phone call, Jennifer was amazing. She took the time to explain everything and walked me through the process step-by-step. She stayed in contact with my mortgage company and took all the stress off of me. They helped me find the best policy to fit our needs. The whole experience was wonderful. It felt like I was working with family rather than a business.

Heather is absolutely amazing! So sweet and friendly… she works her tail off to make her customers happy and she doesn’t stop until they are satisfied. She has went above and beyond for us. Chandler was very responsive in a tight timeframe, giving me a few good options for home & auto insurance. With his help, I was able to get new policies in place before the old ones rolled over, saving me money while improving coverage.

We had commercial & auto policies with Austin Taylor, we sent a family member to them to get insured, we paid the down payment as a favor, and Austin’s agents took our check that didn’t have the policy holders name on it and added to AUTO DRAFT without authorization. They stole over $3700.00 from our checking account before another of his agents brought THEIR office error to our attention. The only resolution Austin Taylor’s office gave us is “the girl in our office who made the error is no longer with us, and you’ll have to take your loss of money up with the policy holder, but we can’t give you ANY information on the policy as you’re not listed on the policy” ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, 10/10 would NOT recommend…also had a major jobsite incident on our commercial policy, his agent said “I’m in uncharted waters” which was unsettling AND through the whole process I was left to figure everything out on my own after the initial claim they were non existent, they are only worth taking payments but you will have zero service when you need to use your insurance. Spend a little extra and go to an agency with knowledgeable agents that will actually assist you in your claims and also won’t cheat you.
