The office itself was very pretty and neat. They had two waiting rooms. One for when you are filling out paperwork and one for when you're waiting to be seen. I loved that! It helps to make the wait not feel as long, which it wasn't. The 2nd waiting room was really pretty. There was relaxing music playing. The actual room that you receive your check-up in was nice too. The nurses were really nice & informative, as well as the DR herself. She was very gentle when doing my pap smear. The overall experience was a 10/10 for me!!! This was my first visit, I'll definitely be going back.

I love this clinic and couldn’t be more happier with the care that I am receiving during my pregnancy. The staff treats you like family and everyone remembers your name you aren’t just another patient. Dr Adams-Pickett is a doctor that I will always recommend she takes the time to explain things and she puts her patients first.

I became a patient at this clinic because I am a African American Woman in Augusta that was looking for pre natal care from someone more relatable to me. After my first appointment I thought to myself wow they seem professional. After my second appointment I realized just how unorganized they really are. I do not recommend this establishment for pre natal care. I am 26 weeks pregnant and was just told that I need to find a new provider.

It was time for my first mammogram instructed by my primary care physician . I didn't know what to expect since I never had one and breast cancer has shown its ugly head on both sides of my family. I wore army fatigue and combat boots to my appointment because whatever the outcome was I was going to be a soldier about it and conquer it head on. Check in was a breeze and I was called back within minutes of arrival. The waiting area was pretty full. Many women were there getting mammograms as well. Every race, age, and size were here for the same thing. I think I was the youngest person at that time receiving services. I was called back and signed a few forms. I was ushered into another waiting room. I was giving a dressing room and a locker to place my personal items in. There was a robe I had to put on. I had to remove all my clothing from the waist up and tie up the gown and return to the waiting area to be called back for the actual mammogram. I was called back and the mammogram went by quickly. It did hurt a little bit when the mammographer had to include some of my shoulder muscle into the machine but it didn't last long. I was out the door in no time. My results were back in about 30 minutes and everything looked normal! Thank God for great health!! Ladies, its best to get annual screenings starting at the age of 40, but someone younger who has a family history of the disease may start getting mammograms sooner than that. Ladies, please have your girls checked out and don't forget to do those self exams at home!!!

We went in for an appointment and were denied since they expected $300 up front to cover all of the co-pays, even though our insurance covers a $30 co-pay for each visit. Even the paperwork that we filled out, said that co-pays were expected before each visit, which is fine, but nothing stated having to pay those all at once within the paperwork. They also never said anything to us over the phone. This is just another money hungry business and obviously doesn't care about the wellness of those who schedule with them.
