I have been sitting at this bus stop now for over an hour and the bus was due to my drop off location 30 minutes ago. I am still not been picked up and they refused to answer the phone from either one of my numbers.

They have an app for your phone that is supposed to be able to tell you the next scheduled bus and help you plan a trip. The problem is, however, (as you can see from the photo I included) three routes, and sometimes arbitrarily more, have only one bus now. The people responsible for updating the information in the app are clearly not doing their job. I have been left stranded on many occasions in the heat or the rain, but they seem not to care. They do not keep their information up to date, and even when you call the dispatcher gives you information without remembering that there is now only one bus on a particular route. They think that by sticking a piece of paper on a pole outside by the buses is sufficient enough information to let people know that certain routes do not operate as frequently as they once did. How pitiful. The people who work there should be ashamed of themselves and the city should be held accountable. After all, those of us who ride the bus are merely peons... SMH!

First bus 7 toward the transit facility repeatedly runs early, sometimes as much as 5 minutes early. It's not tracked online either. Was more than 5 minutes early or not running on 1/24/25, 1/27/25, 1/28/25, 1/29/25,2/3/25, 2/17/25.
