I just wanted to take a minute to say how grateful I am for Augusta Rental Homes and especially Brittany—she’s been amazing. Always quick to respond, super friendly, and just genuinely cares. After Hurricane Helene came through, I had some damage to the fence, and within no time, two gentlemen showed up and got everything fixed up perfectly. They were respectful, worked fast, and made sure everything looked great before leaving. I’ve had a great experience renting through Augusta Rental Homes. They’ve always taken care of things quickly and professionally. It really makes a difference knowing the people managing your home actually care. Big thank you again to Brittany and the team!

I visited Villa Marie over this past weekend. I was very impressed with the landscape and how clean the property was and well kept. There was no trash on the grounds, or anywhere. This was one of the best looking properties I had visited in the area! Shout out to the lady name Patricia that keeps the property looking good!! 5 stars for Patricia!

Miranda at Augusta Rentals was very helpful and found me and my fiance a house the same day after the house we planned on renting was taken before we could fill out the loan application. She very nice and informative once she had information about other properties. Within a couple hours she had all the documentation completed!! I’ve never had a realtor work so diligently to help us out. Miranda thank you so much and we’ll definitely be in touch whenever we look to purchase a home within the same area. Thanks again

Hurricane Helene was devastating, and the damage to my home left me feeling helpless. I'm so thankful I worked with Jaron from Augusta Rental Homes in the aftermath. From the very first call, he was empathetic and understanding of my situation. The ARH team quickly assessed the damage, provided a clear plan for repairs, and kept me updated every step of the way. The trees were off of my home and tarps were up within 48 hours of the storm hitting. If you were in the CSRA during Hurricane Helene then you understand how phenomenal that is. Every member of their crew was professional and efficient, and the quality of their work was exceptional. They went above and beyond to not only repair the external and internal damage to my home, but also ensure everything was done to a high standard. I feel secure and comfortable in my home again, and I owe a huge thanks to Jaron and Augusta Rental Homes for their outstanding service during such a challenging time. They truly made a difference and I recommend them without reservation.
