Augusta Regional Airport

This is the most smallest airport I’ve ever seen in my LIFE. It was super easy to navigate through. One of the staff at tsa was a little rude which is expected when you’re at the airport I guess but other than that all the staff there were super nice and understanding. It’s crazy how they only have 6 gates but other wise overall a good experience at this airport

Good airport to get checked in with minimal wait times. Flying in here is the worst. We don't check bags but they valet them when boarding on our way back here, and the bags should be given to us right outside the plane door. However, they repeatedly take the bags and make us wait at baggage claim for them. And when I tell you have the slowest baggage claim times, I mean they are TERRIBLE. Tiny plane should take less than 5 minutes but you will easily wait 20 to 30 minutes here.

awful operations at this airport. if you’re flying into atlanta just take a Groome or some other shuttle it’ll end up being faster (and cheaper) than flying to this airport. *writing this from DL 2696 plane that’s been sitting at the gate waiting to get off the plane for over an hour*

I've always enjoyed flying into and out of AGS. Check-in and security are always quick and professional. Longterm parking seems to stay close to full, but I've always been able to find a spot. Much better now than when it had an open breezeway for gates back in the day.

The manager here is SO NASTY for absolutely no reason. She will purposely close the gate door on you before boarding ends just because she feels like it and has authority over everyone else. I’m not sure what her issue is but it’s not the first time she’s done this. She will also put you on the latest flight possible once she makes you miss your original flight and make you pay the difference. UNACCEPTABLE. Once I get her name, I will be calling corporate.
