Can’t recommend Laura (and Todd) enough! As first-time home buyers and unfamiliar with the area, they were the perfect agents for us. They listened to what we wanted (and didn’t want) and had an impressive ability to read our preferences, providing spot on listing recommendations. They were generous and efficient with their time, setting up multiple listings for us to view during our short visits, maximizing our time. In addition to their flexibility, they went above and beyond to show us around different areas and communities to identify the best fit for our lifestyle preferences. Lastly, if you want someone with a keen eye for detail, Laura is your girl. I loved having her join us for our walk-throughs, she noticed the smallest details that I didn’t even catch. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I’m confident anyone would have a similarly wonderful experience.

We had the greatest experience ever with Todd, he never made us feel like he was just trying to sell something and really went above and beyond. I hesitate to say how above and beyond because I don’t want every client to expect the same, he really has done too much for us and we consider him a friend now that we’re just down the street from him. He always gave us his honest opinion and was such an asset when it came to buying our first home. He was there at every inspection with his work boots on and when we FINALLY found the house for us we were really confident in our decision. We’ve been here over a year and no regrets! Laura was fantastic! She was patient with me as a first time home buyer and explained every step of the process so that I could feel comfortable and knowledgeable. She was very responsive and quick to line up showings for any homes I wanted to see. She offered great advice for how to write a competitive offer in this crazy market and was encouraging though the all the ups and downs that come with buying a home.
