Augusta Hearing & Balance

I was just there today, and as I was leaving I said, "I don't even know how to imagine experiencing a better appointment!" Pleasant, welcoming, thorough, efficient, trustworthy--excellent in every way!

The audiologist was polite, but more than that she asked pointed questions about the issue and if she didn’t understand my reply, asked in a different phrase or question. For my hearing aids, she came up with a course of action and we both confirmed the process and timeline.

I had a very positive experience. Maneesha (sp?) was very welcoming & professional & I really appreciated the woman that repaired my "sick" hearing aide! 😊

I been working with Dr. E. Robin Bohannon since I was a young I just want to say he amazing kind and understanding when it come to hear aids definitely would recommend coming here for anything they are truly helpful ❤️❤️❤️

Ever since they got me my hearing aids back in July I've been extremely pleased with their service. With their professionalism, with the deal I got everything. I started having some issues and called for an appointment got one right away they fixed the wax traps and something else no charge just everything wonderful I highly recommend Augusta hearing in balance.
