Hey I called Augusta cab and the driver named JJ is really awesome he went picked up my sister from hospital and brought her home and I needed a ride to work and I'm now otw. He's also said he can be here to pick me up when get off and I'm just gonna have JJ with Augusta cab take me to and from work and I'll share the number . Thanks JJ you saved the day and my job. Called for an estimate, agreed on price, 30 mins later no show, called to get an eta and kept going to voicemail, the guy seemingly blocked my number or was quick with that ignore button.

Hit or miss. Their phone dispatcher was fairly polite and seemed to know what they were doing. One driver was great. The one I had the next morning made me late. claimed he didnt know he had my order. I had called an hour in advance. Claimed he was "at the house" and this tablet and phone would desync upon entering wifi and gave this whole spiel about how it wasnt his fault, when the reality sounds like he just doesnt know how to manage his technology or check it frequently. The drivers are going to be hit or miss as expected but at least they answer the phone and try to help you get to where you're going.
